I suspect this will read like trolling, and that isn't my intention. But an alternate title for this might have been How White Male Privilege Works, an Inside Track. Sorry to be glib, but an alternative viewpoint on this story sees predominantly nepotism and entitlement that continually sees white men get an unfair advantage. A bit like the 'good guy discount' idea. This reads pretty tone-deaf given the times we're currently living through.
