Hi Timothy, I love this perspective, and I want to learn more. Do you fancy writing something for Beautiful Hangover with this slant? It is a scary idea 'drinking in moderation' for those of us who got sober through AA, but I believe you are right about this focus on total sobriety as the only solution leaving many people left feeling ashamed if they can't face it for whatever valid reasons they have for that.

Please write more on this, it's important. And you are so right, that I need to focus more on the pain that drinking addresses, rather than the drinking. I will endeavour to do better!
