Hi Brooke, I missed this response before, but it’s really interesting. I am shocked by how lacking in empathy I was at high school, as I’ve gone on to become very empathetic — but you’re right, it is a bit of a holding cell! I used to be so frightened walking around that place. You never knew when someone was going to point out an imperfection and then all eyes would be on you. Yikes
