Hi Birds of Mind, I can understand what you are saying here and it sounds logical, but actually I disagree. The liberal media is trying to bring racism out into the open by explaining that it is no longer sufficient for white people to simply insist they are not racist. Because the racism is in the fabric of our culture. Our countries are built on the profits of slavery and also built, often, by the very hands of slaves. And this unspeakable injustice continues to play out.

The fact that some of the liberal media is pushing an agenda to end covert (and not so covert racism) by talking about how racism manifests is not the same as them causing racism. It's like saying that therapy upsets you, when actually you get upset at therapy because you confront the reality of what you have been through in your life.
