Gosh, I so relate Deb! At least we aren't the only ones. I found melatonin helped for a while plus having a really dark room but it's gotten difficult again. Even when I slept better it was still very interrupted. But at least no night terrors!
My 20s was probably the worst. I had no clue about self care then so it makes sense really.
Thanks for sharing and I hope your sleep improves. And if not, I hope you can at least rest!
